These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between COZZEE HD, LDA and its customer, and both parties accept them without reservation. These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, except prior, express, and written exemption.
Automated registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.
COZZEEHD.COM confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. COZZEE HD, LDA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. The information given by the buyer when placing the order binds them: in case of error in the recipient's details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
Prices are expressed in euros. The price indicated on product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and the applicable VAT for EU countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and preservation costs, transport costs, and commissioning costs if applicable.
The price of the items available on the website corresponds to stocked, new items.
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by COZZEEHD.COM.
Product prices are payable in full on the day of the effective order.

This contract is subject to French law. COZZEE HD, LDA cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or bodily, which could result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The responsibility of COZZEE HD, LDA will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order. In case of difficulty in applying this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, particularly with the help of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association, or any other advisor of their choice.
It is recalled that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal warranty nor the duration of the contractual warranty. Generally, and subject to the appreciation of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty presupposes that the buyer honours their financial commitments to the seller.
Claims or disputes will always be received with attentive goodwill, with good faith always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situation. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to seek an amicable solution.
Upon delivery of the package, it is imperative that the recipient carefully examines the package and its contents, making specific and detailed reservations to report any damage to the professional and/or service having delivered the package. Also, please keep a photo of the delivery box with the Colissimo number visible and legible; otherwise, no refund or compensation request in case of breakage can be considered.
The liability of COZZEE HD, LDA is systematically limited to the value of the product concerned, value at its sale date, without any recourse against the brand or the producing company of the product.
In any event, the customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects (art.1625 et seq. of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller is legally obliged to repair all the consequences (art.1641 et seq. of the Civil Code); if the buyer brings the matter to court, they must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the Civil Code).
